  • Colophon: "Approximately 300 copies of this book were printed at the Bird & Bull Press in February, 1979. The text was composed in Baskerville types and the binding was done by E. G. Parrot II. The decorated paper sides were reproduced from an early 19th century woodblock paper, and the title page decoration is by Fritz Eberhardt. This is copy number 304."
