Some say that the world is shrinking due to transportation and communication improvements through enhanced technologies and through the immigration of peoples and cultures as they relocate into all parts of the U.S. The same is true of the Ozarks. At one time seemingly insulated in some ways, the Ozarks increasingly reflects these changing shifts occuring in other parts of our country. Missouri State University Ozarks Studies Professor Brooks Blevins provides a snapshot of the residents who call the Ozarks home
