- Summary
- This edition builds on the two previous editions. It attempts to respond to the rapidly changing environment, knowledge, and technology surrounding the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of spinal disorders in the twenty-first century. The title reflects the addition of a new section devoted to the issues of pediatric spinal disorders. Although the growing spine creates distinct issues in diagnosis and particularly, treatment, many of the basic approaches and technologies are applicable to both pediatric and adult patients
