Note
  • Title from p. [3]
  • Theater program for the play, produced at the New Locust Theatre, Philadelphia, Pa., late 1962(?)
  • Contains advertising
  • Undated program, apparently for a tryout of the play; Milk train had its previews with the same cast, at the Morosco Theatre, New York, beginning Jan. 7, 1963, opened Jan. 16 and closed Mar. 16, totaling 69 performances. This program has one date, in an advertisement on p. [15], for an offer at a car wash: "Good any day until January 15th, 1963." Apparently the role of "Rudy" was dropped from the play before its New York opening; neither the role name nor Charles Durning are listed in any records of the Broadway run
